Challenge: Salveson Stetson Group, a highly-regarded retained executive search firm, wanted a new brand identity and a higher profile.
Solution: The Buchanan PR team undertook a Branding Awareness Survey, conducting in-depth interviews with nearly 25 corporate and candidate clients of the firm. After analyzing the feedback and comparing it to Salveson Stetson’s image of itself, we created a branding platform and positioning statement for the firm – which was the foundation for a new logo, new collateral materials and new website. We also embarked upon an aggressive public relations campaign.
Results: Salveson Stetson reports greater awareness of the firm and overwhelmingly positive feedback on its new look. Since embarking on the campaign, the firm has been in such major business outlets as The New York Times, Investors Business Daily, and Wall Street Journal This Morning along with top trade outlets, including HR Magazine and Training magazine.
