PHILADELPHIA (November 3, 2025) – Buchanan Public Relations LLC, a full-service public relations, digital strategy, and crisis communications firm, is pleased to announce that Katie Larrison has joined the agency as Vice President.
Larrison brings extensive experience in strategic marketing communications, thought leadership, media relations and media training, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration and project management to the agency. She has served as a trusted advisor, directing communications for major organizational changes, including acquisitions, divestitures, and rebranding efforts, while mentoring emerging leaders.
In her role as Vice President, she will serve as a strategic advisor responsible for managing client accounts, developing and executing communications strategies, leading and mentoring account teams and ensuring client satisfaction. Larrison will also support the firm principals with crisis communications, business development and agency operations.
Before joining Buchanan PR, Katie led external communications and media relations for the Americas business of Ramboll, a global environmental, human health, and energy consultancy. Over her 17-year tenure with Ramboll, she touched all aspects of marketing communications, including awareness campaigns, brand strategy and message development, media relations, content development, change management and rebranding initiatives, event coordination, crisis communications, leadership communications and leadership development for her team.
