Buchanan Public Relations Presented Five Awards at PRSA Philadelphia Pepperpots

Agency wins four Pepperpots (first place) and one Ladle (second place) at PRSA Philadelphia Pepperpots

PHILADELPHIA (November 19, 2018)Buchanan Public Relations LLC, a full-service public relations, digital and crisis communications agency, announced that the agency received five awards from the Philadelphia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA)’s annual Pepperpot Awards ceremony. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the awards program.

The Pepperpots recognize exceptional PR campaigns, tactics, and professionals. The 2018 entries were submitted across 30 categories and were judged independently by the Greater Fort Worth chapter of the PRSA.

Pepperpots (First Place)

  • Pro Bono Programs – Awarded on behalf of client Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church for contributed services associated with the This Time. This Place.
  • Development or Fundraising – Awarded on behalf of client Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church for branding and developing materials that helped exceed fundraising goals for the This Time. This Place.
  • Media Relations: For Profit – Awarded on behalf of client Pepper Hamilton for securing top-tier media placements throughout the year regarding Disney’s acquisition of 21st Century Fox assets.
  • Brochures – Awarded on behalf of client Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church for developing a brochure for the This Time. This Place.

Ladle (Second Place)

  • Marketing Communications: New Products and Services – Awarded on behalf of client Unequal Technologies for garnering media coverage of the SafeShield product launch.
