PHILADELPHIA (February 3, 2023) – Buchanan Public Relations LLC, a full-service public relations, digital and crisis communications firm in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, announced today it has promoted Mikayla Ickes to Account Executive.
Mikayla joined the firm originally as an Apprentice, quickly transitioning to an Account Coordinator, and then to Assistant Account Executive in May 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Mikayla served as the communication intern for the Office of Annual Giving at her alma mater, Messiah University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication.
“Mikayla has been a key member of the BPR team,” said President Anne A. Buchanan, APR. “She is highly valued by clients and teammates alike. We are excited to see her take on this new role and look forward to her contributions.”
In her free time, Mikayla enjoys trying new restaurants, skiing, and playing in a local adult field hockey league. She also recently took up knitting and crocheting.
