PHILADELPHIA (December 2, 2021) – Buchanan Public Relations LLC, a full-service public relations, digital and crisis communications agency, announced that the agency received five awards from the Philadelphia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA)’s annual Pepperpot Awards ceremony.
The Pepperpot Awards recognize exceptional PR campaigns, tactics and professionals. The 2021 awards saw 90 entries judged independently by the PRSA Central Michigan across more than 25 public relations categories.
Buchanan Public Relations was awarded a Pepperpot (first place) in the categories of:
- Media Relations: For Profit – Awarded on behalf of client Bimbo Bakeries USA for announcing a diversity initiative for the largest bakery in the U.S.
- Social Media Platform – Awarded on behalf of client Bimbo Bakeries USA for creating a careers Facebook page to help prospective job applicants.
- Social Media – Awarded on behalf of client Bimbo Bakeries USA for helping prospective applicants find job opportunities with Bimbo Bakeries USA.
Buchanan Public Relations was awarded a Ladle (second place) in the categories of:
- Media Relations: For Profit – Awarded on behalf of former client Troutman Pepper for generating media coverage for a newly combined firm’s attorneys.
- Community Relations – Awarded on behalf of client Chester Upland School District for getting a community behind a return to in-person learning.
