Shiloh Carnes is a bilingual Account Executive specializing in clients across the healthcare, nonprofit, government, and consumer sectors. She supports a variety of clients through social media strategy, media relations and reporting, and strategic storytelling.
Her expertise includes community relations, multicultural communications, and creative campaign development. She has contributed to work for organizations such as HHS, AmeriCorps, and Discover Puerto Rico by supporting media relations, event planning, and local market engagement, helping amplify the voices of diverse communities and stakeholders.
Shiloh holds a B.A. in Advertising/Public Relations with a minor in Psychology from Penn State University.
Outside of work, Shiloh enjoys trying new foods, traveling to new places, and baking her next sweet treat for the office.
